Online Teacher Quality Data Base

Under the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act of 2001, the "high objective uniform state standard of evaluation" (HOUSSE) is a key component to the highly qualified teacher definition. The information in this database references each state’s interpretation and progress toward creating this critical evaluation tool.
